What we build

Paver patios & walkways

The core of what we do. Cambridge, Nicolock, Techo-Bloc, and Unilock — and honest guidance on which brand's colors actually look best for the style you want, because they're not all equal in every color. Priced by the job, not the clock.

Driveways

Not a patio with a car parked on it — the base has to carry vehicle loads, not just foot traffic, so the prep and the edge restraint are different from day one. Squared or flared aprons, straight runs or a drive-to-door landing at the steps, in the same brands as the patios.

Fire pits & sitting walls

The upgrades that turn a patio into the room you live in all fall. Kit and custom fire pits (wood or gas), double-faced sitting walls capped and built dead-level — because people sit on them, we build them like furniture.

Steps & retaining walls

Uniform risers in granite, bluestone, or paver-and-block, whichever the house calls for — plus coping cut to match on a wall, a step, or a pool edge. Retaining walls get real drainage behind them: stone, pipe, and fabric, because walls don't fail from weight, they fail from trapped water. Anything over four feet gets engineered. Period.

Repairs & restoration

Sunken patio? Leaning wall? We diagnose honestly — sometimes it's a failed base, sometimes it's just chipmunks — and quote the real fix, not a cosmetic one. Also: the years-2–3 power wash and re-sand that keeps any paver surface looking new.

Quote it.

We settle the real shape, size and stone on a walk of your yard — and you have your price before I leave.

Plan it.

Once you say yes, the whole build arrives in writing — every stage in order, start to finish.

Build it.

Full-depth excavation, compacted base, proper drainage — then the surface everyone sees. Done once, done right.

You enjoy it.

The yard you imagined, standing in front of you.

Pick your design

Patios, walkways and driveways drawn to scale — pick the shape and size closest to what you have in mind.

Pick one — or save a few to compare — then choose get a price range by email, or ask me to come walk it. Either way the only thing required is your email address.

Shown in our two most popular colours — tap either on any row to see every design that way.

Patios

Every front edge we build — squared, swept, or a full curve.

Fire pits & sitting walls

The pit set in, bumped out, or wrapped in a seat wall.

Walkways

Straight runs, and the walk from the driveway to the door — squared or flared where you step off.

Driveways

The run itself, and how the apron meets the street.

The exact shape is something we settle standing in your yard — this is just the starting point.

What the border courses look like

Not designs to pick from — the same 15 ft × 15 ft square every time, so the only thing changing between these is the edge itself. Shapes and sizes are in Pick your design above.

No borderThe field runs straight out to the edge. Cleanest, and the least stone.Sahara/Chestnut/Lite
Double, body outsideOuter course matches the field, contrast sits inside it. Sammy's usual.Sahara/Chestnut/Lite

Double contrastBoth courses contrast — a wider, harder edge against the lawn.Limestone Quarry Blend
Triple, sailorA body course sandwiched between two contrast courses, laid the long way.Limestone Quarry Blend
Quadruple — two pairsTwo body courses, then two contrast courses. The usual four-course edge.Limestone Quarry Blend

Colour and edge style are separate choices — every edge below works in either colour, and in plenty more besides. These are the two most people go with. Say what you're after on your estimate and I'll price it in.

Got a question?

Ask away — base depth, permits, how long it takes, how it holds up. If I haven't already written the answer, it comes straight to me.

Two ways to do it — a price by email in about a minute, or I come and look at it. Either way the only thing required is your email address.
